Press: TechCrunch, Wall Street Journal, CNET
blockbuzz.com (defunct)
Daily deal discovery engine. (details)
Blockbuzz scraped thousands of daily deals from sites like Groupon and Livingsocial.
It then automatically classified and organized each deal, making it super easy
to discover new deals near by.
Registered users received a daily email with only the most relevant deals.

I also push other projects and random code to my public github account.
Hi there, I'm Dannie.
I'm an entrepreneur & software engineer from Toronto, Canada now working in San Francisco.
Currently I'm the technical co-founder of Foodoro, a YCombinator & angel-funded startup lab responsible for products such as:
foodoro.com - an online marketplace for artisan food
b2brev.com - yelp for b2b products and services (currently in private beta)
blockbuzz.com - daily deal discover engine (now defunct)
In the earlier part of my life I studied mathematics & computer science at the University of Waterloo in Canada. During that period I was fortunate to have interned at companies such as Microsoft, Sybase and BMO Financial Group.
